7. Manufactures are: Sun System, Oracle and Cisco.

7. Manufactures are : Cisco and D-Link.

8. It cannot learn or store MAC address.

8. Switch store MAC address in lookup table.

It provides way to understand how internetwork operates.  ii. It gives guideline for creating network standard.
